Intelligent Workplace Insights is the analysis blog of the Intelligent Workplace™, the enterprise operating model that aligns Workforce, Workflow, Workspace and WorkTech into a unified, AI-enabled system. It publishes definitions, diagnostics and frameworks for leaders deciding how their organisations must operate in the AI era.

The operating model

The Intelligent Workplace is the Operating Model for the AI Era. It aligns four structural dimensions:

How the operating model is diagnosed

The Strategic Diagnostic Engine™ converts structured assessment into eight executive intelligence outputs, from the Alignment Radar to the Transformation Roadmap, through three phases: Collect, Diagnose, Strategize.

How it is governed

The Human-AI Intelligence Charter is the governing principle for how organisations combine human judgment and AI capability. It commits an enterprise and its people to three principles, Enablement, Collaboration, and Governance, under one standard: AI extends human capability, and human authority remains absolute.
